1. General Terms of User Agreement

1. This agreement is between Wuxi Nanhara Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Operator") and registered users of YiMatch (including services provided by mobile apps, websites, mini-programs and other products, hereinafter referred to as "Products and Services") (hereinafter referred to as "Users").
2. Users are requested to carefully read the terms of this agreement before registration and complete all registration procedures according to the prompts on the page.
3. By clicking the "Agree" button during the registration process, the user indicates that they have fully understood and completely accepted all terms under this agreement, thereby reaching this agreement with the Operator.
4. The Operator has the right to modify or supplement the relevant rules under this agreement from time to time and publish them on the website. If the user continues to use the service, it shall be deemed that you accept the revised terms of this agreement.

2. User Service Usage Instructions

1. When registering, users should fill in accurate username, password, phone number, email address and other relevant personal information according to the registration prompts, meeting the requirements of completeness, accuracy and truthfulness.
2. Once a user successfully registers, they become a legitimate registered user of the Operator and will receive a user account and corresponding password on this website. 3. If users continue to enjoy the network services of this site, it shall be deemed that they agree to accept the changes to the terms of service of this site.
4. The Operator may interrupt or terminate one or more network services at any time according to actual circumstances without bearing any responsibility to any user or third party. If users have any objection to the interruption or termination of one or more network services, they may exercise the following rights:

   2. Notify the Operator to stop services to that user. After the termination of user services, the user's right to use network services shall be immediately terminated. 5. Rights and Obligations of Registered Users

1. When using the Operator's products and services, registered users must comply with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. Users agree that they will not use this service for any illegal or improper activities, otherwise users shall bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom.
2. During the use of the account, users shall not upload, display, post, disseminate or otherwise transmit information containing any of the following content:
   1. Endangering national security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
   2. Damaging the honor and interests of the state;
   3. Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;
   4. Undermining the state's religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
   5. Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, or undermining social stability;
   6. Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or instigating crime;
   7. Insulting or slandering others, infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;
   8. Containing false, harmful, threatening, infringing on others' privacy, harassing, infringing, slanderous, vulgar, obscene or other morally objectionable content.
3. The network service system shall not be used for any illegal purposes.
4. Users shall not use the Operator's products and services to intentionally create or disseminate computer viruses or other destructive programs, or engage in any other behavior that endangers computer information network security.
5. If user behavior violates the above agreement, the Operator has the right to make independent judgments and immediately cancel the user's service account. Users shall bear all legal responsibilities for their online behavior, and the Operator's system records may be submitted to relevant authorities as evidence of users' violations of the law.
6. Users agree to protect and safeguard the interests of all members of the Operator and other users. If the Operator or any third party suffers losses due to violations of this agreement or relevant laws and regulations, users shall bear the legal responsibilities arising therefrom.

6. Ownership of the Operator's Network Service Content

The network service content defined by the Operator includes but is not limited to: online chart calculation, Ganzhi notes, etc. Such content is protected by the Copyright Law, Trademark Law, Patent Law, Computer Software Protection Regulations and other relevant laws and regulations.

7. Disclaimer

1. Users agree to bear all risks associated with using the Operator's products and services and all consequences arising from the use of network services. The Operator bears no responsibility to users.
2. The Operator does not guarantee that the service will necessarily meet users' requirements, nor does it guarantee that the service will not be interrupted, nor does it make any warranty regarding the timeliness, security and possible technical errors of the service.
3. The Operator shall not bear legal responsibility for any risks or losses that may be caused to users due to the disclosure, loss, theft or tampering of users' personal information or the temporary suspension or termination of services caused by hacker attacks, computer virus invasion or outbreaks, government controls, hardware failures, force majeure or other events not caused by the Operator's intention or gross negligence.

8. Other Agreements

1. Users agree that any disputes arising from services on this platform shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and any party to the relevant dispute may file a lawsuit with the People's Court where the Operator is located for resolution.
2. The titles in this agreement are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of the terms themselves. If any provision of this agreement is completely or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain binding.
